By accessing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

• You must provide accurate name, email, phone and address details.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.

An order placed on the site is an offer to purchase. It is accepted only once payment is verified and the order is confirmed by us. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order, in whole or in part, including where:

• The item is out of stock or a drop has sold out — our drops are limited and are not restocked.
• There is an error in stock, pricing or product information.
• We suspect fraud, payment failure or unauthorised resale.
• The delivery address is outside our serviceable area.

If we cancel a paid order, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We sell in INR only. Despite our best efforts, prices, descriptions or images may occasionally contain typographical or technical errors. Where an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full, even after the order is placed.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept credit and debit cards, UPI, netbanking and supported wallets. Your payment details are handled by Razorpay; SIVO does not store card data. Orders are dispatched only after successful payment verification.

The SIVO name, logo, tagline “Style In. Vibe Out.”, all garment artwork, graphics, photography, copy and site design are the property of SIVO Clothing and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, print, resell, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our prior written permission.

• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to breach, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the site or its systems.
• Do not place speculative, fraudulent or bulk-resale orders.
• Do not upload or transmit malicious code or misleading information.

The site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIVO Clothing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Minor variation in colour, print placement or measurement within stated tolerance is inherent to garment production and is not a defect.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. Before initiating any formal proceeding, please contact us at info@sivoclothing.shop so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

We may revise these terms at any time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted on this page.
